• Shearing- M3060 capabilities of shearing ¼” mild steel up to 10’ long.
• CNC Punching- Amada Vipros 357 Queen is a high speed, accurate, thirty ton hydraulic punch press. Can process 4’ x 12’ sheets with one automatic reposition.
• CNC Bending- Amada HFT 2204 Press Brake with a 14’ bending capability. Even, consistent bending along the entire length of the part. Repeatability to within .00004”.
• Machining- Bridgeport with digital readout, single spindle and four spindle drill presses, lathes, vertical grinders.
• Welding- Strong capabilities in aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel in thicknesses from sheet to plate. Mig, Tig and stick with AWS certified welders.
• Plasma Cutting- Capabilities of cutting up to 1” plate.
• Products- Fast turnaround of accurate sheet metal parts, Sports products, Nema Type enclosures and cabinets, Metal fabrication, Structural Rolling outsourcing, powder paint outsourcing with our large 25’ oven, structural welding.
